3D & PCB Function Drawing
The product drawings need to confirm the functional design of the PCB board, as well as the appearance and internal structure of the product. The appearance design of a product is usually completed within 2 weeks, and depending on the difficulty, simpler flashlight designs can generally be completed within 1 week.And the internal structure involves the complexity of the mold, so it often takes about 4 weeks.
3D Prototype Sample
The printing of the sample consists of two parts: one is the PCB , LED with lens, includes the actual product functions, and the other is the plastic shell, which includes surface treatment such as painting.
Open Mould
According to the size of the product, the complexity of the internal structure, and the requirements of production efficiency, it will affect the duration of our mold opening. The more complex the mold, the longer it takes, usually within 45 to 60 days to complete themould opening.
